Refund policy
Due to the sanitary nature of industrial safety equipment and the “Factory Fresh” logistics model we operate, American Safety Glove maintains a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our supply chain.
1. Return Eligibility
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unopened: The Master Case or individual Dispenser Cartons must be factory-sealed.
- Resalable: We cannot accept returns on gloves that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging due to contamination risks.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of our customers and compliance with industrial standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Dispenser Cartons (even if only one glove was used).
- Master Cases that have been water-damaged or compromised after delivery.
3. Damages and Manufacturing Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size.
Since we ship fresh weekly batches, manufacturing defects are rare. However, if you find quality issues (e.g., degraded latex, ripped cuffs), please email us photos of the defect. We will issue a replacement immediately or refund the affected quantity.
4. Returns Process
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@miamericas.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customer Remorse: If you ordered the wrong size or quantity, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Defective/Wrong Item: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. Weekly Batch Fulfillment Note
Please note that replacements for defective items will be queued for our standard Thursday Dispatch cycle.
