Bill Fylstra

Over two decades heading engineering and latex business operations units including operations of our Eufaula factory and with Johnson & Johnson. Track record in manufacturing, operations, and product development. Foremost USA expert on rubber and latex dipping. Over three-decades experience in the medical device manufacturing industry, packaging infrastructures, including eighteen years with Johnson & Johnson. Thirty years of that tenure directly advancing production and engineering systems with dipped products, including medical gloves, both examination and surgical, and condoms.  Oversaw the design and operation of Medical Industries' latex assets. Advanced background in latex engineering, production, product development, distribution, operations. Fluent in FDA code. Graduate in Engineering and Operations from Purdue University. 


Denise Berry | INSTAGRAM @DenizeBerry

Co-Founder of Medical Industries of the Americas. Formerly co-founder and CFO for technology company in Greece. Owner of independent financial firm located in Los Angeles under Transamerica licensure. Background in entrepreneurship, finance, sales and military medical operations. Denise is a veteran having served as a US Army Sergeant to the 328th Combat Support Hospital in tours including Iraq and as a battalion leader responsible for the training of 200 active-duty servicemen. Leveraged skills in customer/client service, personnel management, and presentation delivery while conducting domestic and global operations in Greece, Iraq, El Salvador, and North America for military and private organizations. Masters of Business Administration graduate of California State University Monterrey and undergraduate in Biology from California State University Chico.


Bryan Hurely

Co-Founder of Medical Industries of the Americas. Multi-generational American Industrialist. Inventor. Formerly the owner of the largest domestic USA manufacturer of thermal therapeutic products and established medical commodities producer and engineering firm. Certain core production assets of this company were acquired by Medical Industries as a part of the comprehensive buildout of the Medical Industries of the Americas. Background in manufacturing, distribution, and development of medical commodities. Graduate of the John Hopkins School of Medicine and Fairfield University in Business & Mathematics.


Clarie Darnell

Clarie Darnell is the Chief Communications Officer for Medical Industries. She is the founder of Ardent Circle, a consulting firm in Beverly Hills, providing sales, engineering and operations management throughout North America for clients, including: DaimlerChrysler AG, Bausch & Lomb, Allergan, Tyco Electronics, Sanmina, Honeywell, and Cisco. Her work encompassing hospitality and media beginning at  Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills where she fostered relationships across major corporations, finance, fashion, film, and television. She has consistently brought an entrepreneurial mindset achieving unparalleled results driving exposures and captivating audiences spanning years of high level work alongside many of the brightest A-list talent such as: Shawn Wayans, Jada Pinkett Smith, Mary J. Blige, Marlon Wayans, Damon Wayans, Kenneth Morriss (descendant of Frederick Douglass and Booker T. Washington). Before shifting to a career in media, Darnell designed circuitry and machining components for Kennametal Inc. (NYSE: KMT) in the Kemmer Präzision subsidiary manufacturing printed circuit board and tungsten carbide specialty tools.

Principal at the Law Office of Rob Cucher Esq in Beverly Hills  with 20 years of courtroom practice and experience representing clients on a wide range of legal matters including civil litigation, administrative law, labor, corporate governance, and complex commercial litigation with a concentration in business disputes and health care. Philanthropist and co-founder of Sports for All Children, providing athletic opportunities for children with special needs, and of Better Housing Solutions, an affordable housing non-profit currently servicing Palmdale, CA. Graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School and member of the California State Bar, United States District Courts, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
